Make It Clear, Concise, and Logical (清晰,簡(jiǎn)要,有邏輯) point-form
Focus On The Recipient's Needs (關(guān)注閱讀者的需求) What essential information does that person need to know
Use Simple and Appropriate Language (表達(dá)簡(jiǎn)短恰當(dāng)) As much as possible, use language and terminology familiar to the intended recipient
Use Short Sentences and Paragraphs (使用簡(jiǎn)短的句子和段落) don't let paragraphs exceed three or four sentences
Review and Revise It (檢查修訂) Put yourself in the place of the addressee
Double Check Spelling and Grammar (注意拼寫和語法) A letter is a direct reflection of the person sending it, and by extension, the organization that person works for.
簽證信件基本寫作原則:
簡(jiǎn)潔,避免冗長(zhǎng);
清晰,一目了然;
客觀,避免overdo;
干脆,避免重復(fù);
一定要簡(jiǎn)短,重點(diǎn)突出,條理清晰。簡(jiǎn)短不等于簡(jiǎn)單,冗長(zhǎng)不代表有水平。
