It is my pleasure to record this video for friends and clients of Globevisa. In order to have better knowledge of Montenegro, I will use this opportunity to give some important information about my country.很高興為Globevisa的朋友和客戶錄制此視頻。為了更好地了解黑山，我將利用這次機(jī)會(huì)提供有關(guān)我國(guó)的一些重要信息。

Montenegro is a country of 600.000 people, situated on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, which is the part of the Mediterranean Sea. As a quick reminder, I will say that the Mediterranean Sea has always been a contact point in which Asia, Europe and Africa meet each other for centuries.黑山共和國(guó)是一個(gè)擁有60萬人口的國(guó)家，位于地中海沿岸的亞得里亞海沿岸。作為一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)短的提醒，我要說，地中海一直是亞洲，歐洲和非洲數(shù)百年來的交接點(diǎn)。

Montenegro is a country with a beautiful sanding beaches alongside its coast. It is a country with extraordinary hills, mountains, natural parks. Ten percent of Montenegrin territory is protected by the law as an exceptional value of the natural beauty.黑山共和國(guó)是一個(gè)擁有美麗的沙灘和海岸的國(guó)家。這是一個(gè)有著非同尋常的丘陵，山脈和自然公園的國(guó)家。法律將黑山的百分之十作為自然美景的特殊價(jià)值受到保護(hù)。

Dear friends, let me say a word on Montenegrin economy. Montenegro adorns with political stability, good transport connections in road transport, sea, railways and air transport as well. Due to that, Montenegro’s economy has experienced an impressive average growth of around 5%. Montenegro is one of the most competitive corporate tax regimes in Europe.親愛的朋友們，讓我談?wù)労谏浇?jīng)濟(jì)。黑山政治穩(wěn)定，公路、海運(yùn)、鐵路和航空運(yùn)輸都有良好的交通聯(lián)系。因此，黑山的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了令人印象深刻的平均5％左右的增長(zhǎng)。黑山稅制是歐洲最具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的公司稅制之一。

Tourism is the most important industry of my country. Total participation of tourism incomes in GDP of Montenegro is round 30%. In 2018 Montenegro had 2.5 million of tourists. I will remind you that my country has round 600.000 population. Convert into the language of statistics, it means that on one Montenegrin citizen come more than four tourists. As seen from the data, Montenegro is one of the most prestigious tourist destination in Europe.旅游業(yè)是我國(guó)最重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)。旅游收入占黑山GDP的比重約為30%。2018年，黑山有250萬游客。我要提醒你，我的國(guó)家大約有60萬人口。用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的語言來說，這意味游客是黑山公民的4倍。從數(shù)據(jù)上看，黑山是歐洲最負(fù)盛名的旅游目的地之一。

Our policy is to develop a sustainable tourism that will offer to our guests a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Montenegro. Investing in tourism infrastructure is a long term policy of Montenegro. The quality and diversity of its natural and anthropological values give Montenegro a status of one of the most attractive tourist and permanent living destination;我們的政策是發(fā)展可持續(xù)的旅游業(yè)，讓我們的客人在黑山過得愉快愉快。投資旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是黑山的一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期政策。黑山的自然和人類學(xué)價(jià)值的質(zhì)量和多樣性使它成為最具吸引力的旅游和永久居住目的地之一;

Montenegro is a member of NATO and a candidate for the EU membership. In addition to this, I use this opportunity to inform you that Montenegro is a country that currently lead the process of joining the EU. Dear friends, Montenegro will be the first next EU member country.黑山共和國(guó)是北約成員國(guó)，也是歐盟成員國(guó)的候選國(guó)。此外，我想借此機(jī)會(huì)告訴大家，黑山目前是歐盟加入進(jìn)程的領(lǐng)頭羊。黑山將是下一個(gè)加入歐盟的國(guó)家。
 

As the ambassador of Montenegro in China, I would like to welcome all Chinese friends to go and visit my beautiful country, Montenegro.作為黑山駐華大使，我歡迎中國(guó)朋友們到美麗的黑山訪問。

黑山護(hù)照 申請(qǐng)條件

1、主申請(qǐng)人年滿18歲，可攜帶配偶以及子女申請(qǐng)。

2、向黑山政府捐款10萬歐元。

3、向黑山政府指定的投資項(xiàng)目投資25萬歐元。

4、申請(qǐng)人可提供無犯罪證明（或一年以下輕刑量的刑責(zé)證明）。

黑山護(hù)照 項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)

準(zhǔn)歐盟國(guó)家：2012年6月正式啟動(dòng)加入歐盟談判，預(yù)計(jì)2025年加入歐盟；

周期快：入籍審批在6個(gè)月內(nèi)完成；

要求低：無語言、學(xué)歷、居住，管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)等要求；

歐洲低稅國(guó)：個(gè)人和企業(yè)所得稅率僅有9%，歐洲最低稅賦國(guó)家之一；

免簽通行：護(hù)照全球免簽124個(gè)國(guó)家，包括香港，澳門，新加坡，申根等歐洲國(guó)家；

安全低敏護(hù)照：OECD白名單、北約成員國(guó)、E2簽證締約國(guó)、一帶一路成員國(guó)、WTO成員國(guó)，國(guó)際認(rèn)可度高；

度假天堂：歐洲出眾獨(dú)特的高端度假勝地，號(hào)稱歐洲巴爾干半島的“摩納哥”，歐洲犯罪率最低的國(guó)家之一，歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)較快的國(guó)家之一。
